TERMS OF SERVICE

- ILLUSTRATION WORK -
This is my Terms of Service page for commissions.
Before contacting or paying the commission please read my terms. Placing payment assumes you've read through my TOS and will be able work with me knowing my progress.✧ Progress ✧
Your commission might take up to about 2 weeks to complete, 3 months max. This will be personal to your commission and will receive an estimated turnaround time depending on current workload/availability.After you will receive the sketch, the next time I'm contacting is when the lineart is finished.
If there’s anything unclear to me, I will contact you.
I may take some time before contacting you with the progress, please be patient with me!✧ Payment ✧
Payment first, through Paypal/Revolut only.
I won’t start the commission until I recieved the full payment.
Returning customers get sketch before payment needs to be placed.
Currency is EUR unless discussed otherwise.There's no extra cost if you wanna keep your commission private.✧ Usage ✧
Client has to, under any circumstances credit the artist (Mayren) for the art if it's displayed on social media.
I retain the copyright of the artwork, do not trace, copy, or claim my art as yours.✧ Personal commissions ✧
Your commission can be used for anything within personal usage. This includes (and not limited to) being a profile icon on social media, gift or printing for home decoration.
If you use your artwork on sites where you are active as business it is not considered as personal usage anymore. The price for commercial use needs to be discussed. Feel free to message me if that would be the case.✧ Commercial commissions ✧
The following cases are considered commercial use:
> reproducing and selling the artwork
> when you receive profit/you are active as business in the medium where you're using it (Twitch, Patreon, YouTube, etc.)
The price for commercial use needs to be discussed, normally it is x2 of base price.✧ Refunds and Cancellations ✧
Refunds are based on my currect progress with the artwork.
Once I start your commission I can't refund the full amount.
Not started: 100% refund
Sketch: 70% refund + wip is sent
Once I'll reach the lineart status there'll be NO REFUNDS.Refund is not applicable if the client doesn't want it anymore.If I cannot finish the commission or I don’t feel comfortable with it anymore I will refund you and you will get the piece at the state I left it at.If any further questions comes up contact me via email: [email protected]Last edited: 2026 September

MONDOCON RAJZRENDELÉS

Itt találsz mindent a 2026 Őszi MondoConos átvétellel meghirdetett rajzrendeléssel kapcsolatos információkat.

Portré rajzok esetén csak egy karakter kérhető a képre!
Ha szeretnél páros, egymással interaktáló karaktereket, akkor két külön portré rendelésével megoldható.

KORÁBBI RENDELÉSEK

RENDELÉSI FELTÉTELEK

Mielőtt felveszed velem a kapcsolatot, olvasd át az oldalt. A rendelés leadásával elfogadod a rajzrendelés feltételeit.✧ Mit kapsz a rendeléseddel? ✧
> 1 db egyedi portré rajzot (.png)
> 1 db kitűzőt✧ Rendelési folyamat ✧
A rajzrendelésed leadásáig 2026 szeptember 25.-éig van lehetőséged, vagy ameddig nem telnek be a helyek. Elsősorban Instagrammon fog történni a kapcsolattartás a gördülékeny és gyors kommunikáció miatt. Igény esetén emailen keresztül is folyhat a rendeléssel kapcsolatos tárgyalás.Amennyiben jelezted, hogy szeretnél rendelni, és elfogadom a megbízást, referenciára lesz szükségem a munkához.
A referencia lehet: korábbi rajzok, vázlatok, bármilyen jellegű firka, szöveges leirás vagy fotó/montázs, kollázs.
AI referenciával nem dolgozok.Amikor megkapom a referenciákat, elkészítem a vázlatot, melyet amennyiben leokézol, tovább kidolgozok. A vázlaton itt még tudsz módosítani, viszont amennyiben jóváhagyod, tovább megy a rajz elkészítése. Ezután legközelebb a színezés fázisnál kereslek meg. Itt már nincs lehetőség a részletek változtatására, csak a színeken tudok módosítani.
Amennyiben elégedett vagy a színekkel, az árnyékolást befejezem, majd megmutatom a kész rajzot. Minden esetben fogod látni a kész rajzot a rendezvényes átvétel előtt.Ha előreutalással rendeztük a fizetést, itt emailen már átküldöm neked a kész, jó minőségű rajz filet.
Amennyiben a rendezvényen helyben fizetsz a rajzért, csak alacsony minőségben mutatom meg neked a rajzot. A jó minőségű képet csak a rendezvény után fogom neked elküldeni, emailen, amennyiben megtörtént a fizetés. Az ajándék kitűző átvétele mindkét fizetési módnál a rendezvényen történik, kivéve ha máshogy egyezünk meg.✧ Fizetés ✧
A fizetés történhet előreutalással, vagy helyben fizetéssel, az Őszi MondoCon 2026 rendezvényen, Mayren pultjánál. A pultom elhelyezkedéséről Instagrammon fogtok majd információt találni.
Egy rajz portré rendelés 6000 ft.✧ Rajz felhasználása ✧
A megrendelő amennyiben posztolja a rajzot, köteles kreditelnie a bejegyzésben.
A rajz alkotói jogai a megrendelés után az enyémek, nem lehet másolni, átrajzolni, eladni.A MondoCon rajzrendelés akció csak személyes felhasználásra jogosít fel a rendelésnél. Ebbe beletartozik: profilképes használat, poszterként falra/képkeretbe kirakni, háttérképként használni, egyéb magán jellegű felhasználás.Amennyiben:
> többszörösíted a rajzot
> pénzt keresel vele
> üzleti fiókon használod a rajzot (Twitch, Patreon, YouTube, stb.)
... az már üzleti felhasználásnak minősül. Ebben az esetben változik a megrendelés ára.
Ilyen megbizásért keress privát üzenetben.✧ Visszatérítés és rendelés eltörlése ✧
A rendelés a fizetés előttig, vagy a rajz megkezdése előtt ingyenesen visszamondható. Amennyiben vázlat stádiumban van a rajz, a megrendelőt 70%-os visszatérités illeti meg, illetve a vázlatot is átküldöm.
Ennél előrehaladottabb állapot esetében nincs pénzvisszatérítés.Pénzvisszatérités nem vehető igénybe abban az esetben ha a megrendelő már nem tart igényt a rajzra az elkészülte után.Felmerült kérdések esetén keress bizalommal Instagrammon (@mayrenjpg) vagy email-en: [email protected]
