TERMS OF SERVICE
- ILLUSTRATION WORK -
This is my Terms of Service page for commissions.
Before contacting or paying the commission please read my terms. Placing payment assumes you've read through my TOS and will be able work with me knowing my progress.✧ Progress ✧
Your commission might take up to about 2 weeks to complete, 3 months max.
After you will receive the sketch, the next time I'm contacting is when the lineart is finished.
If there’s anything unclear to me, I will contact you.
I may take some time before contacting you with the progress, please be patient with me!✧ Payment ✧
Payment first, through Paypal only.
I won’t start the commission until I recieved the full payment.
Returning customers get sketch before payment needs to be placed.
Currency is EUR.There's no extra cost if you wanna keep your commission private.✧ Usage ✧
Client has to, under any circumstances credit the artist (Mayren) for the art if it's displayed on social media.
I retain the copyright of the artwork, do not trace, copy, or claim my art as yours.✧ Personal commissions ✧
Your commission can be used for anything within personal usage. This includes (and not limited to) being a profile icon on social media, gift or printing for home decoration.
If you use your artwork on sites where you are active as business it is not considered as personal usage anymore. The price for commercial use needs to be discussed. Feel free to message me if that would be the case.✧ Commercial commissions ✧
The following cases are considered commercial use:
> reproducing and selling the artwork
> when you receive profit/you are active as business in the medium where you're using it (Twitch, Patreon, YouTube, etc.)
The price for commercial use needs to be discussed, normally it is x2 of base price.✧ Refunds and Cancellations ✧
Refunds are based on my currect progress with the artwork.
Once I start your commission I can't refund the full amount.
Not started: 100% refund
Sketch: 70% refund + wip is sent
Once I'll reach the lineart status there'll be NO REFUNDS.Refund is not applicable if the client doesn't want it anymore.If I cannot finish the commission or I don’t feel comfortable with it anymore I will refund you and you will get the piece at the state I left it at.If any further questions comes up contact me via email: [email protected]Last edited: 2023 December
